General information only
This website is a general introduction to Strucal and the types of groundworks scopes it may consider. It does not provide engineering, geological, geotechnical, architectural, construction, code, safety, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Do not rely on it for a site-specific decision.
Contractor license and service area
Strucal Inc. advertises California construction services under CSLB license no. 1153631, classification A General Engineering. Contracting services advertised through this website are offered in California only. Strucal's current operating focus is Southern California, primarily Los Angeles and Orange Counties. The official CSLB record should be checked for current status and classification before reliance.
Design and construction responsibilities
Strucal Inc. may contract for design-related services and physical construction through the same company. Any consultation, planning, engineering, drawings, and specifications will be identified separately in the written agreement from construction work, means and methods, sequencing, site safety, field execution, and subcontracted work. Each scope carries different duties, and this website does not merge or transfer responsibility between them.
No professional relationship
Viewing the site, sending an inquiry, sharing plans, or discussing a possible project does not create an engineer-client, consultant-client, contractor-client, or other professional relationship. Strucal accepts responsibility for a project only through a written agreement signed by the appropriate parties.
The written agreement controls
For an accepted project, the signed agreement defines services, roles, deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, fees, schedule, change procedures, and any applicable warranties or limitations. This website does not. If website language conflicts with that agreement, the agreement controls.
Conditions, approvals, cost, and schedule
Subsurface and site conditions, access, neighboring improvements, utilities, agency requirements, design criteria, material availability, and other factors vary. Website content is not a promise of feasibility, permit approval, price, schedule, field condition, or outcome. Project-specific conclusions require the agreed investigation, design, review, and construction process.
Digital inquiries are not bids
The website accepts preliminary project inquiries only. Sending an inquiry, request for proposal, plans, specifications, pricing information, or other digital material does not create a bid, proposal, offer, acceptance, award, professional relationship, or construction contract. It does not satisfy any formal public-contracting or procurement submission requirement. A commitment exists only in a signed written agreement or other formal document expressly issued for that purpose.
Images and visual material
Unless a project is expressly identified as a Strucal project, photographs and visual sequences on this website are temporary stock or illustrative material. They show general project types and construction stages; they are not evidence of a particular Strucal scope, method, result, or client engagement.
Codes and technical information change
Codes, standards, agency procedures, product information, and professional practices change over time. Any technical reference must be verified against current project documents, field information, governing requirements, and advice from the appropriately qualified professional for that project.
License and insurance information
Strucal Inc.'s current workers' compensation status is “Exemption on file with CSLB.” License and workers' compensation records may change and should be verified through the official CSLB license lookup. Strucal does not make a website representation concerning commercial general liability coverage. Any project-specific insurance requirements, evidence, limits, or endorsements will be addressed only in applicable procurement documents, a proposal, or a signed agreement. No other license, certification, insurance term, or project role should be inferred from general website language.
Not for emergencies
The website and inquiry email are not monitored as emergency channels. For an immediate threat to life, health, property, or public safety, call 911 or the appropriate local authority and contact a qualified professional who can respond to the condition.
