Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Strucal website and inquiries initiated through it. It does not replace any privacy terms in a signed project agreement, employment notice, or separate service that links to its own policy.
Information we receive
The project-inquiry form prepares an email in your own email application. The website does not transmit the form fields to Strucal until you choose to send that email.
- Information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, project location, requested system, timing, permit status, site or ground details, and any plans, photographs, or reports you attach.
- Basic technical information that a hosting, security, or network provider may process, such as an IP address, browser or device type, requested pages, referring page, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs.
- Correspondence and project records created when Strucal responds to an inquiry or provides services under a separate agreement.
How we use information
- Respond to questions and evaluate whether a requested scope may be a fit.
- Prepare proposals, coordinate requested services, and administer project communications.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
- Maintain business records and meet legal, safety, insurance, or contractual obligations.
Cookies, analytics, and tracking choices
As of the effective date, Strucal does not intentionally deploy advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or tracking pixels through this website, and does not sell or share website visitor information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Because the website does not currently engage in that tracking, browser Do Not Track signals and Global Privacy Control signals do not change its behavior. Infrastructure providers may still use essential technologies or logs to deliver and protect the site under their own terms. If Strucal changes these practices, this policy and any legally required controls will be updated.
Retention and security
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was received, for project and business records, or as required by law. Strucal uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no email or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your privacy choices
You may ask Strucal to provide access to, correct, or delete personal information associated with you. Depending on where you live and whether a particular privacy law applies, you may also have rights to know how information is used and disclosed, limit certain uses of sensitive information, opt out of certain sales or sharing, and receive equal service when exercising a privacy right.
Strucal does not currently sell or share personal information in a way that requires a sale-or-sharing opt-out link. Requests may be submitted by email or phone using the contact information below. Strucal may need enough information to verify the request and will respond as required by applicable law.
Children and external links
This website is intended for business and project inquiries and is not directed to children under 13. External websites and services have their own privacy practices; review their policies before providing information to them.
Changes to this policy
Strucal may update this policy as the website, services, or legal requirements change. A revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes may also be highlighted on the website when appropriate.
