No project agreement is created
Viewing this website, sending an inquiry, submitting plans or specifications, discussing a possible project, or receiving an initial response does not create an engineer-client, consultant-client, contractor-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. A digital submission is not a bid, proposal, offer, acceptance, award, or construction contract and does not satisfy any public-contracting submission requirement. Strucal has no obligation to accept a project. A relationship begins only when the appropriate parties sign a written agreement that identifies the scope and terms.
Contractor license and service area
Strucal Inc. advertises California construction services under CSLB license no. 1153631, classification A General Engineering. Contracting services advertised through this website are offered in California only. Strucal's current operating focus is Southern California, primarily Los Angeles and Orange Counties, subject to project fit, availability, current license status, classification, and a signed agreement.
Design and construction are separate scopes
Strucal Inc. may contract for design-related services and physical construction through the same company, but those roles are not interchangeable. A signed agreement will separately identify any consultation, planning, engineering, drawings, or specifications and any construction work, means and methods, sequencing, site safety, field execution, or subcontracted work. The website does not combine, expand, or reassign those responsibilities.
